8 days ago, we moved away from our beloved 81 acre farm to a 33 acre farm close to where my parents live.
There is no house on it, but we had been preparing to move for some time, so we have a small shed tiny home we made, that we will be living in for the winter.
Here it is:
We also found a deal on an old potato chip storage unit that is 12x60 x 12 feet high.
It will be our new home.
Here it is being delivered just before we left for our big pilgrimage.
As I write this, I’m sitting in a little old granary, where we are staying on the Isle of Wight.
In three days, we leave for Poland, where I will be walking through the Sanctuary album with over 60 people on retreat, but in the meantime, we wanted to take our kids fossil hunting.
Today and tomorrow will be palaeontology all the way.
Here’s a photo from last night’s footpath hike:
There is something so deep about using these footpaths across the British Isles… like voicing a prayer that has been imbued with the spirit of many ancestors.
And speaking of ancestors… I will send a virtual postcard update soon from Kashubian territory in Poland, where I will be filming footage for my folk opera film.
In the meantime, there are 8 days left for my Kickstarter - and I hope this film fundraiser can reach its goal - (it is an all or nothing fundraiser). It is currently sitting at 50% funded.
When we return home on All Hallow’s Eve, I hope to be preparing for the next steps of filming and editing, as the plan is to release the album on February 1st.
One of the main perks is to receive a digital copy of the new album Cianalas/Tãsknota - so not a bad thing to support!
